The new SpinDeck MAX answers the call for the convenience of fully automatic operation without the performance compromises inherent in most automatic turntables. Built for Andover in Germany by a factory with over 60 years experience building renowned turntables, SpinDeck MAX strikes an ideal balance between performance and convenience. Thanks to precision bearings and low-mass tonearm it comes pre-adjusted for the installed Ortofon OM10 cartridge with an ultra-light 1.5gram tracking force. The belt drive system is based around a rubber-isolated, low-vibration DC motor with internal electronic servo regulation for accurate speed and inaudibly low Wow and Flutter. The machined aluminum platter and tonearm are isolated from its dense MDF plinth by computer designed elastomeric cones to absorb vibration and assure stable playback even on unstable surfaces. SpinDeck MAX is available in Black or White to match the other SpinSystem products.
The simple controls of SpinDeck MAX allow complete automatic start/stop without the need to handle the tonearm, or manual operation assisted by a damped arm-lift.
The highly respected Ortofon OM10 cartridge features an elliptical stylus and light 1.5g tracking force. It comes pre-mounted with all tonearm settings pre-adjusted for optimum performance with quick and easy setup.
