Pro-Ject has focussed on creating the best-sounding, most reliable CD transport they can for audiophiles still enjoying their physical CD collection.It is built around theStreamUnlimited CD mechanism CDPro 8 and Blue Tiger CD-84 servo system with careful damping and vibration control used throughout the transport’s aluminum body.

The whole is mounted in arigid carbon fiber chassis, which further contributes to isolating the CD loader from the outside. The CD mechanism has an improved clamp made of a new aluminum alloy.

For the highest quality, connect to your DAC using theAES/EBU digital output, or opt for theIS + Masterclock output over HDMI, but note that this is for connecting to the Pro-Ject Pre Box RS2 Digital only.
