Now with preset bias forceon the brand new RB110 tonearm, the Planar1 is set up in seconds after unpacking. Simplyslide the balance weight onto the rear of the tonearm as far as it will go, remove the stylus guard and start spinning your favorite vinyl.

The Planar 1 uses a 24 V, low noise, synchronousmotor to reduce vibration transfer. The newRB110 tonearm is fitted with Rega’sbespokezero play bearings.

TheThermoset laminated plinthhas avastly improved appearance and new ergonomically positioned on/off switch located on the underside. The brass main bearingoffersimproved fit andremoves stress on the bearing itself whilst minimizing the transfer of potential energy.

The platter is a 23mm, higher mass, phenolic platter with improved flywheel effect for improved speed stability.
