3D printing has resulted in huge advances in tonearm design, and the VPI JMW-3D armwand is made from one piece of a special non-resonant epoxy. The extreme rigidity and utter lack ofresonances mean that you hear all the “plankton”–the microdetails each with their individual dynamic attack and separation.
