Introducing the Intellivox-DSX500, the pinnacle of the sleek Intellivox DSX series. Boasting an acoustic length exceeding 4 meters, the Intellivox-DSX500 delivers remarkable long throw capability and enhanced control at lower frequencies. Covering an area of up to 70 meters while maintaining consistent sound pressure levels, this system features twenty-eight custom-designed 4 loudspeakers and eight 1″ dome tweeters, all driven by a sixteen-channel class-D amplifier. Powered by a sophisticated switched mode power supply, this setup ensures years of reliable operation. The inclusion of dome tweeters in the DSX units not only enhances horizontal coverage at high frequencies but also elevates the subjective sound quality for both speech and music. Extensive surveillance functions cater to the stringent demands of Voice Alarm (life safety) applications. Controlled via our proprietary WinControl software, users can easily manage beam steering parameters, audio processing, and surveillance features. The increased low-mid frequency control offered by the array makes the Intellivox-DSX500 suitable for seamless integration in very large, highly reverberant, and architecturally sensitive environments. Additionally, the system’s low-frequency response can be effortlessly extended using a JBL subwoofer system.
