In the great tradition of Advance Paris of designing products with numerous connections, the A12 Classic is no exception to the rule… From HDMI to Phono (MM/MC), analog RCA to AES-EBU, from USB for computer to multiple optical and coaxial inputs, 2 speaker zones, Bluetooth (optional with X-FTB01 / X-FTB02 ).
Power
Exceptional power and sound quality starts with a good power supply. The A12 Classic will drive any speaker thanks to its 2 toroidal transformers located on each side of the product. With class A/B amplification, you can choose any speaker, from bookshelf to large floorstanding.
Even the outputs are well treated with Pre-OUTs in balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) connectors. You can alsoconnect up to 2 subwoofers.
The Tube Sound
The A12 Classic is equipped with 2 tubes on the pre-amplification section for a musical sound devoid of any aggressiveness.
Bluetooth for Everyone
The A12 Classic is equipped with a jack compatible with the X-FTB01 (aptX) and X-FTB02 (aptX HD) Bluetooth keys for a simple and efficient connection. Thus equipped, the A12 Classic will receive music from your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Powerful Multiprocessor Processing
Unrivalled computing power for fast data processing enables the X-FTB02 to deliver top-notch musical reproduction. The X-FTB02 integrates a Dual Core 32-Bit processor combined with a single core at 120Mhz. (24-bit audio interfaces).
The original audio signal is recovered directly in digital form at its output stage, so it doesn’t undergo any digital-to-analog conversion. Conversion is carried out directly by the downstream DAC.
aptX HD
This codec has been developed to satisfy demanding music lovers who want access to high-resolution audio. This optimized codec supports 24-bit quality music. This means that the finest details of your music will become audible.
