Hair can conduct static electricity, and of course, metal is immediately conductive. The Tru-Sweep forms a contiguous ground for static on your record, which isdischarged bya ground wire that connects to your phonostage ground lug or any other ground lug on your system.

Pleasemeasure your turntable yourself. There are just too manypossible combinations and adjustments for us to know which one you need.There are three sizes available, all with solid round bases, and a solid arm.Measure from top of the plinth to the top of the platter to get the size you need.

Small:1″ to 1-3/4″

Medium: 1-3/8″to 2-1/8″

Large: 1-3/4″to 2-1/2″
