With a fresh look, improved isolation, improved resonance cancellation, and a focus on gimbal tonearms, the VPI Prime 21 is also available in a package as the Prime 21+. The 21+ offers a mounted Shyla cartridge ($1,750), and Weisline phono cable ($700), but instead of selling for $6,950, you save $450.
As with the Prime, the Prime 21 and 21+ ship with a stainless-steel/Delrin record clamp.
